Meet Your Therapist

You might be thinking: Who is she? Will she be a good fit for me because I really need help? Good questions. It is important to have a working relationship with your therapist. So here is a little about me.

​My journey to becoming a therapist is unique. I am originally from Delaware County, PA. My education started at Penn State (Main Campus), where I earned a degree in Risk Management and minored in Psychology. After graduation, I worked at KPMG LLP, one of the world's largest consulting firms. Outside of work through volunteerism, I grew an interest in mental health.

I noticed how difficult it was to find a therapist accepting new clients, especially for black and brown folx. I shifted my career to mental health; I obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. I am a licensed professional counselor in PA, and I am pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree at Immaculata University.

I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas for over three years, providing therapeutic services to 100+ people ages 18 to 80+. My experience includes college mental health counseling, community mental health, and an all-women's partial hospitalization program.  I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
